The Cardiac Surgery Group maintains an uncompromising commitment to placing patients' needs and concerns first. Our goal is to provide excellent cardiac and pulmonary care, utilizing the technologically advanced facilities of St. Joseph Medical Center and Tacoma General Hospital.
Your hospital care is supported by the personal and compassionate attention of our skilled clinical team of surgeons, physician's assistants, and nurse clinicians. The clinical team will coordinate all aspects of your hospitalization, from admission to discharge planning. In addition, a business team and dedicated research team support the Cardiac Surgery Group. Our office is located in the St. Joseph Medical Pavilion, across from St. Joseph Medical Center. A physician or clinical team member is available to you, your family, and referring physicians 24 hours a day.
